Antassia bead project was formed by Antonia Stogdale in partnership with the Mokogodo Maasai women in northern Kenya. The philosophies behind Antassia are to preserve the Maasai way of life by harnessing the beading skills of the women and to create a sustainable income for the women and their families.
The aim of the Antassia website was to create an E-Commerce store. The site was going to be launched in the UK to help get the Maasai products sold in Europe. The site’s aim was also to help give people the knowledge behind this fantastic project in Kenya.
Will Stogdale has been instrumental in creating the online Antassia brand. He has transformed the low key social enterprise into a successful online business and created a successful, user-friendly website and online shop. He achieved this by creating a presence on social media through Instagram, attracting a community of followers. As well as the marketing and managing the administrative side of the business, he was also involved creatively in product development.
The Anastasia brand has been properly launched thanks to Will’s creative and methodical ingenuity.
